Women Leaders at BuildBuilt
Happy International Women’s day! As we collect some data points, we are happy to declare today, that diversity isn’t just a corporate gimmick, but it truly works. Not too long ago, we positioned our female colleagues in a male-dominated construction industry with trepidation. Today, we are extremely proud to say that we have women colleagues who are spearheading departments at BuildBuilt.
We want to recognise our wonderful women in our leadership positions at BuildBuilt today. BuildBuilt has made better collective decisions and have been more innovative due to their leadership. Maeve sits on top of our media department and is the creative head of all things under our brand!
BuildBuilt has also been a much more empathetic organisation that creates a positive work environment. We have our Community Manager, Farhana to thank for that.
When it comes to meticulous matters at site, or even to brush up our relationships with our build partners, BuildBuilt can depend on our leaders to ensure a quality end product. Eleanor sees that she’s that additional eye in the sky on technical matters.
BuildBuilt’s design engine lies in the lubricated gears of discipline and diligent work. Our techies have been running a tight ship ever since, producing clear and concise visuals for the entire team. Leading by exapmle, Kat has been amazing taking care of our technical drafting team.
We’ve had many technical and soft-skill workshops to equip our team. And when the going gets tough, that one-to-one mentorship pushes accountability up at BuildBuilt. This nurturing culture has been impacted most evidently through a mother’s touch. We can depend on Rachel, our Head of Commercial department.
Looking back, BuildBuilt has ventured into many things. Investing in diversity within our workforce is something we are deeply proud of. We have definitely chipped away at stigmas. BuildBuilt will continue to dare to change dominating narratives for the sake of designing and building special spaces, for special people.
