Nicole Verghese's Experience

I loved working with Alfred (ID) and Keith (PM) from start to finish.

They really took whatever I had to say, wanted and had doubts about seriously. They were quick to communicate and honestly they were just really amiable, fun and easy to work with, which made that half the battle won. It was very clear they listened as when they proposed ideas it both surprised (in a good way) and delighted me.

Working alongside them was a breeze and once it came to execution they ensured they came with solutions when there were issues (it was a very old flat) and made sure that I understood fully before we jumped in. When I needed suggestions or some advise they also came to the rescue.

They also answered my neverending questions very calmly and patiently. Once it was nearly done the extra clean-up and rectification works + helping me to hang stuff up was an added plus. All in all, had a great experience from start to finish with BB and would totally recommend them to everyone doing their home.

Thanks Alfred and Keith, I'm really glad we got to work together to make my home come to life - what a great start.
