We recently had the pleasure of working with Michelle (the designer) and Felicia (the project manager) for the renovation of our first home, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire team was an absolute joy to work with.

Having heard a fair share of reno horrors, we were honestly surprised by how smoothly the renovation went. Throughout the design phase, Michelle not only listened to our ideas but also provided valuable insights and suggestions that elevated the overall design. The final design renderings far exceeded our expectations. The entire renovation process was also very pleasant, with the team providing detailed drawings upfront to avoid confusion, timely updates regarding timelines, and most importantly, Felicia's dedication to quality and her ability to resolve most renovation difficulties without even involving us impressed us the most.

Communication was smooth and efficient at every stage. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed promptly, and the team was always open to adjustments during the process (which were many due to our fickle mindedness). It is evident that customer satisfaction is a top priority for Buildbuilt.
