Working with Hazel and Michael is very pleasant! The one thing that got us onboard was how well organised our first D&B and the fact they have designated PMs for the project.

Hazel worked around our budget and proposed based on our mood board. During tile shopping, Hazel was prepared with her recommendations and brought us to designated areas to avoid decision fatigue, keeping it efficient and fulfilling experience. I also love how Hazel is reassuring in her designs and perspective. She has kept us grounded throughout the journey. 🥹 (Also special thanks for hazel’s husband for ferrying us around for tile shopping).

During our site visit, despite constraints we have with time, Michael gave us practical and honest advice on how to move forward with consideration on our behalf. He is essentially the reason why we decided to retiled our place. Michael is also extremely patient in explaining limitations we face and try to learn our concern and provide feasible solutions to them.

Despite our peculiar requests, Hazel and Michael put in a lot of their effort to render and source vendors to bring our vision to reality. We really appreciate that extra mile Michael has went for us especially for the French door 🫶🏼

While overall construction work quality may require more finesse, they are all above average with most details accounted for without having to make special requests.
