We were initially hesitant about working with an ID firm as we had a specific budget, but both Yu Jie and Marcus have done an excellent job coming up with a design that is both aesthetic and affordable. We had a strong vision of what we wanted, but Yu Jie always manages to surprise us with his creativity and flair for details. We also really appreciate how Marcus, our project manager, patiently answers our queries and shares his honest opinion on what can or cannot be achieved within the given means. Both of them are very receptive to feedback and regularly follow up with revised plans to better suit our needs. This consultative approach makes the journey highly personalised, and should definitely be the gold standard for the industry.
