We worked with Michelle (designer) and Felicia (project manager) on our home renovation and would definitely recommend (and have recommended!)

Build Built to others. I think what distinguishes Build Built’s approach to interior design is that they really go beyond just aesthetics to understanding that design can shape our behaviour and our lifestyles. One thing that we struggled with was how to open up previously dead or underused spaces in our home to accommodate our growing child, and Michelle really took all our feedback and answers into consideration in her proposed designs. Their proposals were the best among the ID firms we approached, and balanced an intelligent use of space with aesthetics.

Also, while we dreaded the hassle that renovation would entail, having Felicia liaise and coordinate on renovation matters really helped to alleviate the mental load. She was attentive to details, and it’s nice to feel like someone is in your corner during the final walkthroughs and correction of any defects.

Overall I feel like if you want a reassuring, structured approach to reno and a design approach that considers function as much as form, then I’d recommend Build Built :)
