It was a great experience having BuildBuilt work on our dream home! We really appreciate the pre-meet up questionnaire. It helped us to better plan as a couple on what we want out of our renovation, and also helped BuildBuilt to match their team that can understand our style - our team was Hazel (Designer) and Michael (Proj Manager).

There was no pressure to only go for certain designs or 'high end' materials. In fact, the team would propose alternatives (without judgement!) that suit our budget. They also helped us to make sure that the visual (and actual) space suited our lifestyle first before prioritising design wants.

We really like that Hazel vibe well with our thinking and design taste (mostly :p). Her eye for design and recommendations were often spot on. One of her designs was our beautiful storage unit in the living room. Thanks, we've received so much love for it!

We also want to appreciate Michael for being active in advising on whether certain ideas were possible as well as potential problems to expect. Also for his patience when we kept asking questions as first time home owners.

The workmanship was generally good. While there are some flaws or quality lapse, Michael was quick to get the fixes in with his contractors. Hazel also helped us to spot areas that needed correction when we missed those. Truly a responsible pair.

So in gist, go with BuildBuilt. You'll find a team that's not only professional but more importantly, made sure your reno journey wont be so worrisome. :)
