Marcus
A graduate majoring in Accounting & Finance, Marcus has interned as as Auditor in a medium sized Auditing firm which he soon realised the accounting and auditing route was not of his passion. Upon graduation, he was persuaded by his friend who own's a family construction business to join him as a Project Manager to manage and coordinate their projects. His scope includes managing mainly Landed Properties undergoing re-construction, additions and alterations as well as interior renovations jobs. He went on to further his knowledge of the construction industry and graduated with a specialist diploma in Building Cost Management at BCA Academy. With his passion and knowledge in the construction industry, he hopes to one day be able to be a mini developer himself!
What do you do to relax?
Hanging out with friends for drinks; Staying home watching shows or playing games.
What’s top on your Bucket’s List?
Travelling to the States or Europe.
What does work mean to you?
Creating the space and turning it into what the designers have designed as close as to the renders; Providing professional advise to practicality and build-ability; Problem solving on site
Why do you do what you do?
Sense of achievement when the space is built up
Where is your next travel destination?
Somewhere near in Asia, maybe Taiwan (low infected rate for the Virus)
If you have unlimited resources, which world problem would you wrestle with?
Poverty & Education. No food to eat poor thing sia.
