Bao Yee graduated from Lasalle College of the Arts (SG) with a BA(Hons) in Interior Design. Her years of work experience involves creating functional spaces focused on creative aesthetic design for both residential and commercial projects.

What do you do to relax?
Walking & walking! Sightseeing or have some small activities chilling with people I close with - preferably somewhere outside :)!
What’s top on your Bucket’s List?
Stay for a short period in the UK, get inspired by Carolyn @theslowtraveler lifestyle - just enjoy some magical moments wandering around the streets the woods and the old buildings.
What does work mean to you?
Doing something I enjoy whilst I could bring in my value to people - and also able to get closer to my dreams by experiences +1+1+1 (level uppp!)
Why do you do what you do?
I would like to be capable to bring satisfaction and the happiness for people & their love one who staying together :)
Where is your next travel destination?

If you have unlimited resources, which world problem would you wrestle with?
Been fascinated by an exhibition by Potato Head, OMA & Friends "N*thing is Possible" - a journey to zero waste. Hoping if could reduce or reuse the waste in construction some days or using the method of re-use / re-cycle / re-make to make some exciting design projects.
What's a good film/series/book/podcast to recommend?
"I've nothing in my house " - a Japanese mini series about a woman has a strong obession with de-cluttering. Although is a bit too extreme but somehow still makes me feel therapeutic when watching it. She has her own thoughts of what is necessary and what's not, maybe not all the furniture we see today is a must to have and make our houses smaller & smaller(?) Would want to try on Danshari lifestyle if ever I could, guess it would feel really stress-free in some way :)

Why is good design important to you ?
So anyone or anything could enjoy and feel their breathe in the space. Good design brings smooth experiences when they understand the struggles and wishes from the users.
Describe the best experience that comes to mind
Get my film camera to be developed and get successful photos - everytime waiting & get the results is my best experience i guess
