At FABB, we focus solely on leveraging our specialized carpentry factory, delivering bespoke solutions, and assisting with compact renovations. Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding (Sales generation):

You will meet new-to-FABB clients. You will manage the onboarding process for new clients, making sure they understand the services provided by FABB, the steps in the project timeline, and the expected outcomes. Targets and Key Performance Indicators will be co-created with the FABB team with you.
Client Relationship Management:
You will maintain relationships with clients throughout the project and even after completion to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Lead Generation and Management:

As a Client Relationship Executive, you are responsible for identifying, connecting, and managing leads. You will initiate the first contact with potential clients, assess their needs and requirements, and continue communication to convert these leads into clients.

Coordination (with Designer and Project Manager):

After obtaining the client brief, you will communicate these requirements to the Furniture Designer. You will ensure the designer understands the client’s expectations and stays aligned with them during the design process.

Once the design phase is complete, you will pass the project details to the Project Manager who will handle the production timeline and quotation. You will coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure the project is on track and within the client’s budget and timeframe.

Interaction with Marketing/Brand Department:

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing/Brand department to understand the brand’s positioning and how to effectively communicate it to potential clients. You will also provide feedback from the clients’ perspective that can help shape marketing strategies and branding efforts.

The role will be remunerated via essential base salary, coupled with incentives and a profit sharing scheme.

It would be great, but not necessary that the candidate would come from an interior design, or business/sales background.

Training will be provided.
