A light & neutral palette- we brought some character into the space by inserting natural textures such as marble & rattan weaves.

This resale condo was given a refreshing open-concept makeover to bring in more daylight into the depths of the space. The kitchen/yard/utilities area were completely re-envisioned, with the hacking of the walls and creating entryways for these new functional spaces.
For the statement doors, we tried exploring the rattan weave in different ways - finding the balance between practicality & aesthetics. this material is overlaid onto a solid door to provide sturdiness for longevity.
Round edges are featured throughout the home to help soften the full height built-in furniture, and to reduce visual impact. The soft-looking edges introduces fluidity into the space, and of course, a child-friendly environment. Smaller details such as the recessed handle grips had our attention as well.
