A pillar to BuildBuild’s Support Team, you will be the caretaker of this community’s resources: the trustworthy watchtower, and the dependable mechanic, ensuring that

BuildBuilt’s engines are always well oiled, and tanks are full, ready to go.

Behind every good business, is a good accountant. You will help oversee the company’s financial health and ensure good accounting practices are observed from the ground up.

You should have a general interest in numbers and business: how numbers can tell stories, and how it can impact lives by motivating people within the workplace.

Through your knowledge, you should be passionate about improving BuildBuilt’s working environment and in turn, the wider industry.

OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Payroll management/CPF contribution (via Carbonate)

• Staff incentive tabulation (via internal documentation)

• Full sets of Accounts and Finalisation of Accounts for multiple entities (via Xero) Project financial reports (via Xero)

• Tax related accounts and entries (via Xero)

• Raise bank transactions (via Xero and Bank access)

• Co-create accounting processes and policies

REMUNERATION

• Fixed monthly salary with CPF

• End of year bonus, depending on profitability of business. KPI and targets will be built collaboratively
