“We stumbled upon Build Built through a YouTube video by Home Central and were drawn to Build Built's aesthetics and unique business model where a team of two people is assigned to each renovation project - one designer and one project manager. This made more sense to us compared to most ID firms where one person does both the design and project management, as we felt that these are two quite separate skillsets.
We worked with Keith Lam (designer) and Keith Goh (project manager). Keith Lam had great design ideas and suggestions and helped guide us through the creative process. Keith Goh was amazing as project manager - he provided regular updates and was very responsive throughout the entire process. While every renovation project is bound to have hiccups here and there and ours was no exception, Keith Goh handled every issue extremely well and left us with pretty much a stress-free renovation process.
