In the pursuit to transform the double-storey pent-house into a stylish abode, the art-loving couple approached Build Built to embark on a transformational process of the house for themselves and their pet cats, Milo and Priyanka.

The design direction for this home was a clash of cultures. Our clients wanted to put a spin on Miami-chic, Art Deco vibes. Teal, yellow, and woody accents contribute to the joyful and vibrant ambience of the house. Along with striking bold stone surfaces, brass accents serve as a unifying element with its continuous presence in the home.

The lofty ceiling height of the living room provided our clients an opportunity to showcase their wanderlust poster collection, featuring the art-decor graphic pieces they have collected from around the world.

Dine in Style
The dining area cum bar feature sits alongside the kitchen, with a half-height mirror creating the illusion of a larger foyer. Bronze wall trimmings and accents add a elegant finish, emphasising the client’s intent for an opulent cocktail experience.
Marble Elegance: Guest Bathroom
The interior sophistication continues even into the private quarters. In this bathroom, seamless wall-to-wall marble tiles makes a grand statement. Strong black lines border the mirror, shelving, and the marble sink top. They help to keep the lavish space framed.
