What You’ll Work On

• Residential Spaces: From apartments to landed properties, bring thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs to life.
• Commercial Projects: Create impactful, branded environments for boutique offices, cafes, and retail spaces.

Your Role

Client Experience & Design Management

• Guide clients from consultation to project completion.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present creative, practical solutions that align with their vision, budget, and timeline.
• Manage the full design process, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical drafters, and other build partners to deliver on time and on budget.
• Solve design and construction challenges with a creative, yet practical approach.

Relationship Management

• Introduce clients to BuildBuilt’s structured and professional design and build approach.
• Communicate ideas clearly and professionally to gain trust and secure project buy-in.
• Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring successful outcomes and client loyalty.

Mentorship & Team Collaboration

• If you are a Senior Designer – support junior designers by sharing expertise and guidance.
• Work with colleagues to maintain BuildBuilt’s reputation for quality and reliability.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in interior design, with a portfolio of residential and light commercial projects.
• Proficiency in tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape..
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust and confidence with clients.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
